INTEC Holdings, Ltd., (currently INTEC Inc.) was delisted from the Tokyo Stock Exchange following the establishment of TIS Inc., a joint holding company formed through management integration with TIS Inc. on April 1, 2008. INTEC Holdings later merged with INTEC, in October 2009, with INTEC the surviving company.
