We, INTEC Inc., have been developing a diverse total solution business as an integrated information system professional based on computers, and information and communication networks, including operational consulting, system development, maintenance and operation, while handling valuable information of our customers. In conducting our business, we recognize the importance of the protection of personal information and believe that ensuring of the same is part of our social responsibility and duty.
In this regard, we have established the following Privacy Policy, thoroughly familiarizeed all of our workers including officers and employees with this policy, and ensured the compliance herewith.

We will clarify the purpose of use and comply with laws and regulations when collecting personal information. We will not handle personal information acquired beyond the scope necessary to carry out the purpose of use previously identified. We shall first obtain consent of the relevant individuals when using personal information beyond the scope of the purpose of use unless otherwise provided for in laws and regulations.

We take organizational, human, physical and technical safety management measures to appropriately manage personal information, and prevent and rectifies any leakage, loss or damage of personal information.

We protect personal information in compliance with laws and regulations, governmental guidelines and other rules related to the handling of personal information.
Continuous Improvement of Personal Information Protection
We have appointed a personal information protection manager and implemented a “personal information protection management system” while considering any change in social situations/environment. We continuously review and improve our system through periodical audits and other means.
Complaints and Consultations
If we receive a complaint or request for a consultation concerning the handling of personal information, we will promptly investigate the actual situation and respond to such complaint or request in good faith.
